1. Acceptance
By using FEM Marketplace you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Listings & consignment
When you list a machine you confirm you have the right to sell it, that any liens are disclosed, and that your description is accurate. Consigned units are subject to our consignment agreement, including a flat 6% commission and the floor-pricing protections described in How It Works.
4. Buyer obligations
Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment, securing financing, arranging transport, and completing payment per the deal terms. Equipment is sold AS-IS unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
5. Fees & payments
We collect funds, pay off any disclosed liens from proceeds, deduct commission and pre-approved expenses, and remit the balance to the seller. Detailed accounting appears in your dashboard.
6. Prohibited conduct
No misrepresentation, no off-platform circumvention of commission on machines we sourced you, no scraping, no harassment of other users, no fraud, no illegal activity.
7. Disclaimers
FEM Marketplace facilitates transactions between independent buyers and sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months for the transaction at issue.
9. Governing law

10. Changes
