1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, list a machine, submit an inquiry, or contact us — including name, business name, email, phone, billing details, and the equipment data and photos you upload. We also collect basic usage data (pages viewed, listings viewed, device info) to operate and improve the platform.
2. How we use it
To list and sell your equipment, match buyers with sellers, process payments, send transactional messages (status updates, invoices), provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Sales reps and dealers see contact info for inquiries on their own units. Service providers (payment processors, hosting, email, analytics, transport partners) process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information when required by law.
4. Your choices
You can update or delete your account info from your dashboard. To request deletion of personal data we hold, email privacy@fem.example. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, role-based access controls, encrypted database storage, and least-privilege internal access. No system is perfectly secure.
6. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies for session management, security, and analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without losing core functionality.
7. Children
FEM Marketplace is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
